The Reason Your Audience Doesn’t Care About What You Write
And how to fix it on any platform using ChatGPT
You sit down at your laptop, eager to write a piece of content.
You post it with excitement. Later, you open your laptop again and see a few likes and not more than 20 comments.
I see posts like that every day.
You might feel like quitting. Sometimes imposter hits. That’s even worse.
Your design might be cool. The hook is catchy. So…
“Why does some content flop?”
Mainly because:
The writing sucks.
No one cares about the idea behind the content.
Before knowing how to write, we better know what to write about.
So, let’s cover the 2nd part in this newsletter.
While we move on, let me tell you something.
“Ideas are the new goldmine.” I heard this from Dan Koe. It fits the current-day narrative on the internet.
Think about it this way:
You are someone scrolling on Twitter, would you read posts about how to wash dishes?
I know it’s a silly question. But the idea… useless.
Why? People love to see solutions to their problems.
They read and listen to those solutions. They’ll even pay for them.
So before any solution, we need an idea. To find ideas, we need to find what problems the audience has.
That’s why I’m writing this newsletter.
How to find ideas from people’s problems:
(Using LinkedIn and ChatGPT)
This method works on other social platforms too.
1: Find a post that fits your preference.
Look for one with lots of comments.
I picked one of my friend Aadi’s posts. It got many comments.
Now, here’s the fun part.
2: Open the comments section.
Click “See more” on each comment.
Once all the comments are visible, copy them all.
3: Time to get the real ideas.
After copying the comments, open a chat in ChatGPT.
Prompt ChatGPT to find the problems and questions in what you copied.
You may use this prompt:
Below are the comments from a LinkedIn post about [anything the post is about]. I want you to analyze all the comments for me and then find some problems people have addressed either through questions or statements. Also, tell me how I can come up with a solution for each problem. List each question one by one.
Here are the comments:
[Paste the comments here that you've copied]
Make sure you include the copied comments with the prompt. Then, let ChatGPT analyze them all.
You’ll see an output like the one below.
Look:
ChatGPT analyzed everything we input.
It then gave us a roadmap on how to create a piece of content for each idea.
The best thing about this method:
We found all the real problems people have. Less guessing, more real ideas.
You might ask, “How do I write a post after finding a bunch of ideas?”
Well, I already talked about that in a previous email.
Since you have some real ideas people will like, this guide will help you write each post in a few minutes.
Check it out and give it a try.
Once you master the idea-based content method, you get more traction.
It’s because you’re solving someone’s problem. They’ll pay attention.
Remember; ideas are what matter the most in the content economy.
P.S. If you tried The AI Writer, please tell me how you like it. Reply to this email or comment here.
Until next time,
See you.

Very original and interesting post.
Very much obliged for the information you have provided.
This and all your content writing ideas are helpful. Thank you so much. I took screenshots for future reference and I'm exactly what you described but worse a few likes and few comments by friends - thats it =(
